Stick House

Here is the stick house that my six-year-old created on our recent camping trip. I really don't know how it happened except that several weeks before, we had a book from the library about building forts. She said she was inspired by a stick she saw leaning against the tree when we arrived at our campsite. She kept busy among the trees and when she emerged, this is what we saw. In the photo above, my oldest daughter is admiring her little sister's work.
